Wavy hairstyle, help me (with pics)

I have been growing out my hair and i now have the lenght that i need to style it othervise it's messy.
If i comb my hair back after washing it the natural wavy makes it look like this.

I would be grateful if you had any tips on how i could style my hair to make it look better.
